Bikram
yoga is a series of 26 classic yoga postures (asanas) that works
the entire body for 90 minutes. These 26 postures are practiced
in the exact same order in a studio heated to 95-105 degrees.
The heat promotes flexibility, detoxification and realignment
of the body. Bikram Yoga is challenging, though each posture in
the sequence is designed to safely stretch and open the body in
preparation for the next posture.
The series is designed for all levels, first time students and
experienced practitioners alike.
